• 6 slices bread
  • 1 pound bacon or ham – chopped fine
  • 1 pound shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 container Gordo’s mild cheese dip
  • 12 eggs
  • 1 cup milk


Line a 9 x 13 inch greased pan with bread slices.  Melt Gordo’s Cheese Dip in microwave.  Pour in large bowl, add milk and stir together.  Add all other ingredients and mix thoroughly.  Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.  The casserole will be gooey in the center but will firm up as it cools.  This recipe does best when you cool completely before cutting.
