Makes 8 to 10 servings
1 (12-ounce) bag frozen chopped spinach
1 (16-ounce) container Gordo’s Cheese Dip
1 (8-ounce) block cream cheese
1 (4-ounce) can chopped mushrooms, drained
1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon, divided
bread, crackers, or chips, as needed for dipping
Directions:
In the bowl of a slow cooker, add spinach, Gordo’s, cream cheese, mushrooms and 1/2 cup bacon.
Cook on low heat for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
Top with reserved 1/2 cup bacon.
Serve with bread, crackers, or chips.
