makes 4 to 6 servings
1 (11-ounce) bag tortilla chips
5 hot dogs, sliced
1 (15-ounce) can chili
1 (16-ounce) container Gordo’s Cheese Dip, divided
1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
Spread chips into an even layer onto a large sheet tray.
In a small bowl combine chili with half of cheese dip. Spoon evenly over chips and add hot dog slices.
Place into oven and bake for 10 minutes or until hot. Microwave remaining cheese dip
until hot and pour over nachos or serve on side.
Sprinkle with red onion and serve.
