makes 6 to 8 servings
1 (16-ounce) container Gordo’s Homestyle Cheese Dip
1/2 pound spicy breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
1 (12-ounce) bag frozen cooked salad shrimp, defrosted and drained (or 2 cups chopped cooked
shrimp)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning, such as Tony Chachere’s
chips or crackers, as needed for serving
Directions:
In a medium, microwave-safe bowl, stir together all ingredients. Microwave 4 minutes, or until hot.
Serve with chips or crackers.
