1 Tbsp olive oil
1 medium onion, diced
1/2 green bell pepper, diced
8 oz. sliced roast beef, chopped
16 oz. Gordo’s Cheese Dip, any variety
4 oz Provolone (optional)

Directions:
In a skillet on medium high heat add olive oil, onions and peppers. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add chopped roast beef, stir and cook for 5 minutes.
Add Gordo’s Cheese Dip and bring to a boil. If you want it extra cheesy, add Provolone and stir until the cheese has melted.
Serve with pita bread and tortilla chips.
