Makes 8 to 10 servings
1 (16-ounce) container Gordo’s Cheese Dip
1/2 cup lager beer
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon spicy brown or dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon paprika or smoked paprika
pretzels or pretzel bites, to serve
Directions
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except pretzels. Microwave until hot, about 3 to 4 minutes, stirring halfway through. Serve with pretzels.
