16 oz thinly shaved ribeye
Marinate it for 1 hour with 2 Tbsp Korean BBQ rub and 1/3 cup Korean BBQ Sauce
2 lb bag Seasoned Fries
16 oz Gordo’s Cheese Dip, any variety
1/4 cup green onions, sliced
Directions:
Bake seasoned fries as directed.
Over a high heat griddle, sear your steak. After a few minutes, flip it, continue to cook while chopping it up into smaller pieces. Set aside.
Microwave Gordo’s Cheese Dip until heated.
To assemble, place seasoned fries on a serving tray, top with Korean Beef, Gordo’s Cheese Dip and green onions.
