Makes 12 sliders
1 (21-ounce) package frozen sliced steak meat, such as SteakUm’s (or 1.25-pounds
raw sliced Philly cheesesteak meat)
1/2 small green bell pepper, sliced thinly
1/2 small onion, sliced thinly
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 (16-ounce) container Gordo’s Cheese Dip, divided
1 (12-count) package Hawaiian rolls
2 tablespoons melted butter, optional
1 teaspoon minced garlic, optional
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes, optional

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In a large (12-inch) skillet, over high heat, add thinly sliced cheesesteak meat, peppers, onions, and seasoned salt. Cook until meat is browned and cooked through, about 12 to 15 minutes. Meanwhile, in a small bowl combine melted butter, garlic, and parsley flakes.
Do not split the rolls into individual rolls. Using a large serrated knife cut the entire package in half, splitting all the rolls into tops and bottoms. Put bottom half of rolls onto a sheet tray lined with parchment paper or foil.
Place the cooked beef, peppers, and onions onto the bottom half of the rolls, spoon 1 cup Gordo’s Cheese Dip evenly over
the meat.
Top with remaining half of the rolls. Brush tops of rolls with melted butter mixture and bake assembled sliders for 10 minutes or until bread is golden.
Slice into individual sliders and serve with remaining cheese dip(microwaved until hot).
