1 lb ground beef
1 cup shredded cheddar & Monteray Jack blend
16 oz Gordo’s Cheese Dip
3 Tbsp ketchup
3 Tbsp mustard
Hamburger Buns

Directions:
In a skillet on medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Break the meat apart as it cooks and drain excess grease.
To the beef, add Gordo’s Cheese Dip, shredded cheese, ketchup and mustard. Stir and cook until the cheese has melted.
Turn on the broiler in the oven. Open the buns and place the inside up on a sheet pan.
Place under the broiler and toast the buns.
Remove from the broiler and cut the buns into quarters. Serve with the hot dip!
