1 pound lean ground beef
1/2 medium onion, chopped small
1/2 medium red bell pepper, chopped small
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 cup Gordo’s Cheese Dip
2 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese, optional
2 tablespoons chopped parsley, optional
Bread, chips, or crackers, to serve

Directions:
In a large (12-inch) skillet over medium-high to high heat, cook ground beef for 8 to 10 minutes or until browned, break into small pieces. Drain excess fat from pan.
Add onions, bell pepper, salt, and pepper and continue to cook until beef is browned, about 10 minutes.
Stir in ketchup, sugar, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.
Cook until simmering, about 4 minutes. Stir in cheese dip and cook until hot, 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and top with cheese and parsley, if desired. Serve with bread, cheese, or crackers for dipping.
