Makes 4 to 6 servings
8 ounces elbow noodles (about 1.5 cups)
1 pound breakfast sausage
1 (16-ounce) container Gordo’s Homestyle Queso Dip
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided

Directions:
Bring a medium pot of salted water to a boil, add noodles and cook until tender, about 10 minutes(or according to manufacturer’s instructions).
In a large (12-inch) skillet over medium-high to high heat, cook sausage until browned and cooked through, about 12 to 15 minutes. Drain excess fat if desired.

Reduce heat to medium-low and stir in Gordo’s cheese dip and 1 cup shredded cheese.

Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Remove from heat.

Stir in cooked noodles and serve topped with remaining 1 cup shredded cheese.
