Makes 6 to 8 servings
8 ounces shredded or chopped imitation crab meat
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup Gordo’s Cheese Dip
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
4 tablespoons sliced green onions, divided
1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
20 wonton wrappers, cut in half
spray oil, as needed

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In a medium bowl, add crab meat, cream cheese, cheese dip, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese and 2 tablespoons green onions. Stir to fully combine. Place dip into a 1-quart baking dish. Top with remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, and bake 30 minutes or until heated through and cheese begins to brown. Let rest 5 minutes. Pour sweet chili sauce over and garnish with remaining green onions.
Meanwhile, line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with oil. Lay out wonton wrappers into a single layer. Spray with more oil and bake for 10 minutes or until crispy.
