Gordo’s Mix-Ins

Ground Meat (Beef, Chicken, Turkey or Pork)
– Fully cook 4-8 ounces of ground meat and drain off any grease. Add 16 ounces of Gordo’s Cheese Dip. Heat thoroughly.
Sausage (Ground or Formed)
– Fully cook 4-8 ounces of sausage and drain off any grease. If you are using a formed sausage, such as links or patties, finely chop before mixing in 16 ounces of Gordo’s Cheese Dip. Heat thoroughly.
Small dice or chop 4-8 ounces of the following fruits and vegetables. Add them to 16 ounces of Gordo’s Cheese Dip that has already been heated.
– Tomatoes
– Avocados
– Green Onions
Small dice or chop the following fruits and vegetables and cook them prior to adding 16 ounces of Gordo’s Cheese Dip. Heat thoroughly.
– Red Onions
– Zucchini
– Eggplant
– Yellow Squash
– Spinach
– Sweet or Hot Peppers
Chop and heat 4-8 ounces of these seafood items prior to adding 16 ounces of Gordo’s Cheese Dip. Heat thoroughly.
– Cooked Small Salad Shrimp
– Crabmeat (Lump or Claw)
– Imitation Crabmeat
– Chopped Clams
– Lobster Tail or Clawmeat
– Crawfish Tailmeat
Chop 4-8 ounces of these pantry items prior to adding them to 16 ounce of Gordo’s Cheese Dip. Heat thoroughly.
– Green or Black Olives
– Pecans or Walnuts (roasted)
– Artichoke Hearts (canned)
– Sundried Tomatoes
– Capers
