The company that makes Gordo’s® Cheese Dip is family-owned and operated out of Atlanta, Georgia called Kachwa Food Group. Charley Sweat founded the company in 1973 to serve the rapidly growing Mexican food industry.

Today, Kachwa Food Group handles many foods for national foodservice warehouses as well as makes the Authentic Mexican Restaurant Cheese Dip, Gordo’s® for national retail accounts. The company has grown by focusing on quality, freshness and flavor in everything they offer.
