A simple fudge recipe to celebrate International Chocolate Day

1 bag semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

1/4 cup butter

Place all ingredients in large microwave safe bowl.  Cook in microwave 3 to 5 minutes until melted.  Be sure to stir a couple of times to ensure even heating.  Add 1 cup chopped nuts if desired.  Pour into a well greased 8 x 8 inch square baking dish.  Refrigerate until set.
