Gerri’s Mexican Wings

  • 1 package dry ranch salad dressing mix
  • 1 package dry taco seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons ground cayenne pepper
  • 1 bottle Franks Red Hot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 5 pounds wings
  • 1 container Gordo’s Chipotle Cheese Dip

Mix ranch, taco seasoning, cayenne pepper, and hot sauce in large bowl.  Place wings in zip lock bag and pour mixture over them.  Marinate at least 4 hours – overnight if possible.  Deep fry in vegetable oil 10 to 12 minutes.  Drain wings on paper towels.  Place wings on a baking sheet.
