Buffalo Cauliflower

 

Serves 8

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2.5 large head of cauliflower cut into florets
  • 1 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 1/4 cup water
  • 5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2.5 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking oil
  • 1 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • Serve with Gordo’s Spicy Ranch Dip 

HOW TO PREPARE:

Preheat oven to 450°F. Grease a baking sheet with cooking oil. In a large bowl, mix flour, water, garlic powder and paprika until smooth. Add cauliflower to batter and toss. Spread cauliflower onto the baking sheet in a single layer, season with salt and pepper. Bake in the preheated oven until lightly browned, 20 to 25 minutes, flipping over halfway through for even baking. Brush the buffalo sauce on the cauliflower. Return to the oven and bake until they start to brown, about 15 minutes. Serve hot with Gordo’s Spicy Ranch Dip.
